The best massage I've ever had! I have had three from Danielle, prenatal, postnatal, and relaxation. I keep coming back because she is so intuned with my body and always has the perfect amount of pressure. I leave feeling amazing each time.

Danielle does good work into knotted spots, good time management to spread time over needed areas.Dani has a different, more flowing technique that incorporates stretching.Wendy is my other go-to massage therapist.

The Centre Spa + Wellness was founded as Calgary’s original prenatal massage clinic. Over the years we have expanded our service menu and broadened our horizons. Today, we provide a welcoming and inviting space for all who seek comfort, relaxation, and a return to their centre. Specializing in Prenatal massage, TMJ issues, cupping, myofascial release, sports massage, therapeutic, deep tissue and luxurious spa treatments.
