Walked up in looking for a quick shave on my undercut. Wissam was super kind, welcoming and went above and beyond. Giving me a little design and a fresh crisp shave. I just feel awful that I didn't have cash on hand to tip him like he deserved because he wouldn't let me pay, just asked me to pay it forward. Another perfect haircut at Collective by Wissam!!!! He just ALWAYS knows what to do! From the second I walk in to the amazing shampoo & scalp massage followed by his magic hair cut and style….I am never disappointed and always leave there feeling like my best self!!!! The salon is clean, easy to access and reasonably priced. If you want first class service at a five star salon with a master stylist, then this is the place for you! Yesterday was my first time at this clean and professional Salon.Harold Gonzales, is very talented and an expert in the field of hairstyling, hairdressing and coloring!He is extremely personable and friendly. Great communication, which is very important to me. I am truly pleased with his work. If you enter through the main Watermark entrance go straight up the escalator and we are located on the left before the plus15 entrance, you will be able to see the barbershop pole.
