Steve and the team at the shop were great about suggesting products, going through samples, explaining pros and cons of options etc. and were very patient with our long deliberations before a decision. The production team was great and communication about scheduling was proactive and clear. The install crew (Chris and Chris) were just the best! Chris came a few days early to scope out the work, and gave great suggestions for prepping the floor - also pitched in enthusiastically on some additional levelling that was needed. CDL has been a dream to work with from start to finish. I ran into issues with my subfloor early on and CDL (specifically Brody and Wayne) went above and beyond in helping me sort them out so that my flooring could be installed properly. Installation was extremely fast and well done. So happy with the finished product!
