I always, always leave class feeling better, relaxed and rejuvenated!! I completely appreciate that she cares enough to keep us all safe & healthy.“

“Tarah at The Wellness Barn is wonderful! I was apprehensive going into a yoga class especially being self conscious about myself. The women I’ve met in class have been wonderful and Tarah is such a great instructor. She is helpful for new students especially! I felt comfortable my first class!“
