“Love Dr Kelsey she’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. I had a tooth emergency the front desk staff got me in right away and she reassured me everything was going to be ok with my tooth and fixed the problem I had quickly. She made me feel comfortable and calm the whole time.“

His staff is amazing, and he does everything in his power to make sure I don't have any pain.I'm one of the unlucky people who has a resistance to numbing agents, so they don't last long. Knowing this, he numbs a few more spots right away.He always lets me know what the next steps are, what needs attention now versus later, and he has great bedside manners.Don't let some of the negative reviews put anyone off from coming here. Some people expect a first-time visit (which takes much longer) to be available in weeks. Every dentist I have been to is booked far out for new patients, just comes with the territory and covid.I've seen a few more negative reviews of people basically never going to a dentist in their life until just now, and then criticizing how the dentist works, crazy how those two things don't align.“

“I love Hartstone Dental! I just had to have a crown put on for a chipped tooth and they made a not so great thing- have an amazing experience. The staff are professional, fun, and knowledgeable. I asked what was going to happen during my appointment and they explained every step and answered all of my questions. They gave me ACCURATE time estimates when I asked for them throughout the appointment- this was super helpful. They also did everything they could during the appointment to make sure I was comfortable even providing me with Netflix to watch during the appointment!I cannot recommend Hartstone Dental- specifically Dr. Jon- any more! They are simply the best. I drive in from Chicago to continue to see them, that’s how good they are!“

“I could write a novel about how amazing this place is. I have severe dental phobia, like full blown panic attack as soon as I sit in the chair bad. I have never felt so much compassion and patience from a medical professional before. Everyone here will work with you to make you as comfortable as can be and make the experience tailored to you. I had to get 2 fillings done today and I was dreading it for weeks. It was not bad at all and everyone made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Shout out to Katy and Dr. Pawelski for being awesome and making me laugh to try and calm my nerves. As far as the actual work goes, you literally cannot tell I have a filling in my front tooth. The color match is perfect and it looks incredible! I can't recommend this place enough and I will not go anywhere else for dental care! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!“

I found her to be such a warm, caring and charismatic person, so I decided to make the switch.
