Great place to practice yoga, their teachers are experienced and the atmosphere is welcoming. Should be higher in the google search results, I've visited all the "yoga studios" in the county and this was the best experience. It has an authentic feel to it.

I started practicing yoga in 2007, trying various DVDs and pop-up classes throughout Wisconsin, but it wasn't until I moved to Oconomowoc in 2017 and discovered SLYC that I truly found what yoga can encompass. With roots in Ancient yogic texts, Sanskrit, anatomy-centric alignment, meditation, pranayama, and Ayurvedic philosophies, SLYC makes yoga accessible to everyone, from a beginner to an advanced practitioner. I started doing consistent yoga in 2013 at Soleil Lune Yoga Center and I could not have imagined how beneficial it would be to me in so many ways. The owner and instructor, Trish, is a professional, compassionate, amazing person who is committed to the art and practice of yoga. Her studio is humble and the furthest from "commercial" you can get. Soleil Lune instructors provide great variety and all, including Trish, are passionate about educating everyone about each aspect of the practice, the body, and the mind.
