Visiting the area, I saw Mike and Dave for a very troublesome rotator cuff. I walked in with limited range, tight and tweaks of pain. After 2 sessions I have a wider range, tension and knots are released, and feeling way better. I have been to 20 plus locations over 23 years of membership, and this location has depth of therapists. 8 to 10 years plus of hands on experience, and you can make an appointment easily to see your person you want. My home clinic have to text for appointment. No ability to book weeks in advance and few who have 5 plus years of facial or therapist experience. Also did a facial with Katie and was impressed. PLEASE READ THE EDIT AT THE END. Overall after issues were brought to their attention they were great about fixing the issue.I was not sure if I wanted to write a review or not but I thought I would just share my experience( I haven't done much with professional massages so this could be as much as my fault as theirs only have been to 2 places) I first went into the location and seemed very processional asked me what I would like them to focus on and let them know about my neck and upper back issues. Best massage I've had in my life. I've had muscular pain for decades. This is just the beginning of less pain in my life. Thank you I was at point of feeling like there just won't be even a little relief and I know with future appointments this will get better.
