Ossiel is an artist and a gift to this community. I was looking for a fresh style but a bit timid to try something too bold. We talked through some options that would work for me, decided on something to try and with some encouragement, I took the plunge. I’ve been getting compliments all day. Great environment, great convo and amazing attention to detail. I’ll be back soon.

This is the best barber in west Seattle. Pricing is the best you will get and Kara and Ossiel always create an inviting environment. Ossiel has been cutting my hair and gets me exactly what I am looking for each time. Thank you!

Got tired of the chain barber shops and gave this place a try. I had Kara and had the best hair cut! Super nice, attentive and professional. I wish my hair would grow back faster so I can return sooner!

From It's A Barber's Thing! Barbershop

It’s A Barber’s Thing! I wanted to create a space that is safe and fun for both barbers and clients, regardless of our gender, size or shape, beliefs, skin color, & looks. A place that will feel like home, but barbers don’t have homes they have SHOPS where we WELCOME all. There is a barber’s saying; Therapy is expensive, get a haircut instead, we are great LISTENERS. Sometimes people just need to decompress, to be heard, to let loose, and what better way to do so, that while pampering yourself by getting a fresh haircut, beard trim, scalp & neck massage, ‘cause GREAT SERVICE doesn't happen by chance. So, we welcome you, we listen to you, & we serve you in the comfort of our shops. We treat you like family, IT’S A BARBERS THING!...
