“I cannot recommend Sara from Lush Pups enough! I have an older German Shepherd with really dry, sensitive skin. She’s come back from other groomers with extreme sensitivity and not wanting to be pet or touched at all. Sara listened to all my concerns and was very gentle with my dog. Afterward she kept asking for pets and didn’t want to leave the van! The care and attention received was amazing. I will definitely be booking with Lush Pups again!FYI for others in Redmond, they serve Redmond on Saturdays and some Tuesdays, so it might be best to call or text for an appointment rather than booking online.“

“My name is Allison and I have been a Camp Canine employee since June of 2018. I am posting this in response to reviews made by former employees in hopes to shed light and show people that there are in fact two sides to every situation.I am the longest standing employee at Camp Canine with 6 years of employment and as such have worked under every combination of management and owners. Including; Dr. Sue (former owner), Anne-Lise (former manager), Brenda, Jessa, and Heather (current owner and manager).Under Dr. Sues ownership, she never even knew our names or who we were. The facility never saw any needed renovations or improvements, and didn’t even have a break room for employees. Let alone she didn’t know any of the dogs. I would not call that a well oiled ship.When Heather took over the company, we immediately saw renovations get done (new turf, new bark, new paint, a real break room for staff, cleaning and decluttering, updated cleaning protocols, etc).Not only has she improved the facility, but she has also invested in her employees by paying for positive reinforcement based dog training classes and Canine CPR/First Aid classes as well, so we can all be on the same page and have knowledge about how to properly care for your dogs.As for the group of employees who were either fired, or left - I have never been made to feel more uncomfortable at a place of work in my life. They were incredibly petty, and made work very tense. If they didn’t like you for whatever reason they came up with, you were either shunned or they talked about you behind your back. I never witnessed Heather be unfair to these individuals, however she did hold them accountable for their poor attitude, actions, and call outs. Which, after not having a structured managerial team while the company was being sold, came as a shock to them.Camp has become a much more enjoyable place to work since they have left, including staff holiday parties since we all get along well now. The environment is back to being a positive atmosphere, and it’s clear that the dogs feel that positive shift in energy as well :)As far as the naps go - yes, our facility does use kennels to give naps to dogs. However, it is not because a dog is “difficult”. Naps are utilized for a lot of different reasons. We give naps for lunches, breaks (if they display poor behavior that jeapordizes the safety of the group of dogs) , if a dog is experiencing extreme signs of anxiety, or is experiencing unusual medical symptoms like coughing, vomiting, limping, etc.Our dog play yards are cleaned thoroughly every day with industry standard, pet safe chemicals. And our nap kennels and boarding area is cleaned between each and every dog.The removal of the live cameras throughout the facility was due to some of the customers being creepy, not to hide anything. I would never work for a business that was unethical in the treatment of animals.“

“I have waited on leaving this review.My beloved kitty cat, churro, came to Alex as a new client a few weeks ago.I was not at the appointment to drop her off, but I was told the transfer between the groomer and churro was quite a pleasant process for everyone. Once churro had her nails clipped she was ready to be left for the procedure which was a teddy bear cut.Churro had a few mats when she visited, and also was having issues with the fur around he butt since it was so long.Churro didn't seem very stressed when she arrived home, but it does get some taking used to- churro is very active and she was used to having her fur as some sort of pillow layer of protection when she played- a few days after she got used to her haircut she learned a whole new style of playing , she is spending less time on grooming actually and more time in cuddling. I can tell she feels really great with her new haircut, and the vet gave her a compliment on her haircut about a week and a half after she visited.I have contemplated this review since she got home, but I haven't left it yet because I wanted to see her behavior with the haircut and I can say it's worth the 6am appointment ... he even gave her a goodie bag filled with a bunch of toys, one of which she has deemed as favorite and uses it frequently to play fetch.On top of that, he made her backpack carrier a nice looking label and lined it with a soft pee pad.Thank you so much alex- the care and expertise you put into your craft really shows and I'm glad churro got to go see you. “My rascal of a terrier ABSOLUTELY LOVES going to daycare at Bone A Fide! He can’t wait to play with the big dogs all day and comes home a very happy and tired pup! Every one of the staff that I have met has been friendly and clearly enjoys working with the dogs. I am confident that in their care he will be safe and well cared for! “When you travel and have pets it's incredibly important to know that your pet is being cared for properly by people that care and this is definitely the place. We chose purrfect cat boarding based on their reviews, the reviews of other animal boarders and because they only take care of kittehs here. Our chonky baby was a little scared at first because she has never been away from her home environment for this long (we were really worried that she'd think we gave her back for adoption) but she did well here. We got to call and check on her and everyone was really nice and understanding about our concerns and they did a great job with feeding,playing with and giving our baby all the scratches that she needed, this stay helped us get her on a better diet and feeding schedule and she even lost a little weight. Buffy has been home for a few days now and there hasn't been a change in her behavior and she seems just as happy as before. I'm glad we found a place we can trust.“

“The staff here is friendly and genuinely cares about pets. I've had my dog's nails clipped here, and we've also utilized the self-serve dog wash station. It's incredibly convenient to have this facility just a couple of miles from home. While the prices are slightly higher compared to what I'm accustomed to from where I used to live, it's worth it to avoid having dog hair clog our drains.“

“We brought Cici (8 yo YoChon F, timid) for her second grooming here. She loved it. Again!! We been here twice and both times we've had a great experience. Mainly, Cici comes out happy to show off, clearly they be been glowing up in the back. I went to a local Bothell groomer recently and paid $120 only to have a dirty and scared dog. Petco is awesome. This Petco has great groomers. They even got us in on Christmas EveNeedless to say, a new Lamby came home too. Like I said. Cici is over the moon and sleeping with her Lamby. She really had fun today. That's the most important. 2nd she's beautiful for Christmas. 3rd. When we were in the store I met the small animal guy and he loved them. He loves them. Finally, I met the on floor and on duty manager. She's maintaining this large store very well. I think, this is a good Petco.“

“Such sweet staff. Stayed in contact with us about our sweet bun during her surgery day, all day to let us know how she was doing and how her recovery was going. When we came to pickup our Bunny post spay surgery, she was made to be so comfortable and was so well cared for. We were carefully showed how to administer meds and what to look for. We weren’t rushed and our sweet bunny was clearly loved on during her visit. You definitely get what you pay for here. We had an excellent experience!!!“
