“We recently needed someone to do our front lawn. Our lives is such that we don’t have time to maintain our lawn and we needed a low maintenance front garden. We found Florentino Quintana landscaping ,and boy we were happy that we did. Alex, Rafael and their crew did such a wonderful job designing our front lawn that it really looks like night and day. From the before and after they worked on it. It look so much better than before . They are friendly and easy to talk to but still professional. They did the design but also listen and take into account what we wanted done. They work hard and cleans up after themselves so it isn’t a mess and ready for the next day. They were even ahead of schedule when they finished. They even gave us a fair process. They design a low maintenance front lawn, did some rock works, re configured our sprinkler system and repaired the problematic main valves on our sprinkler system and also make a walkway paving on the side of or garden. “The skilled gardeners at Environmental Construction Inc. care about plants. When they pruned shrubs and hedges for me in January-February, they carefully selected branches to remove or trim, always striving for a natural look. "Good pruning is essentially invisible," to quote a garden book. Previous landscapers used hedge trimmers to give everything a buzz cut. The lead designer made suggestions on creating a privacy screen for us. Trees were planted and staked. We are very pleased with the look. The yard was raked clean of overgrown material and mulch was spread over all garden areas. Besides looking great, I know plants are going to be happy and grow well spring and summer. A great company to work with.“

Pleasant hours of work and only when its cold do i recommend bringing hoodies or jackets because the more beautiful the sun is the more you'll see your mistakes and possibly fall over from heat exhaustion...so don't make my mistake. Also, the people and employees are so friendly you'll have a fun time getting your job or your contract with BrightView.“

“After getting multiple quotes from different companies in the area, Dave was in line with all the other quotes. What drew me to him was the use of non-toxic weed killer solution (vinegar), his willingness to do the full maintenance of my yard (weeding, bush trimming, mowing, edging) without a one time cleanup fee. Most quotes I got required me to pay for a one time cleanup (weeding, trimming) before they would put me on their maintenance plan, which seemed shady to me. So far I am very happy with his services that I have him do some work at my parents yard too.“

“Pacific Landscaping, Inc, installed our sprinkler system approximately 4 years ago. Every year they conduct our annual Backflow Prevention Assembly tests required by our water district. They also handle winterizing our sprinkler system. We have always found them to be very responsive, very helpful, professional and friendly.“

“Pleased with the work they've done, though there are a few small quibbles I could bring up, and since they asked for a review, I'll give my honest thoughts below. If you're wanting the short version: Solid work at a good price, though some small issues with organizing the work did come up.Cleaning up the yard and replanting went great, the work was done promptly (at the time they said they'd be here), and took a reasonable amount of time. There were a few details which were overlooked (the plants in these photos still had tags on them even once put into the ground); not a deal breaker, but not perfect either.The only real criticism I could give would be that it seemed like my project was something they were less experienced with, as shown by plant sourcing and transparency at certain points. For my project I was wanting some specific native plants (which I had made sure were vaguely available from local plant nurseries), but an issue came up shortly before the replanting work where I had to help source some of the plants (some places just didn't have enough readily available). Which happens - I'm hardly an expert who knows if that's reasonable - but it is something that I had figured was handled since this issue didn't come up until time was a factor.Am I happy? AbsolutelyDo I think there could have been improvements in how the project was handled? YesAm I an expert whose opinion matters? Not really“

Quoted from $12,000-$25,000. Then i wanted to add landscaping, decided to reach out to Edmonds and they did it all. Amazing work, not cheap, but so glad we did.. Couldn't be happier.“

“Dreamscapes has now done two jobs for us, and both times they have done absolutely phenomenal work. Jacob (the owner) is super friendly and responsive, and every member of the crew has been thoughful and kind. Their prices are reasonable too, especially given the amount of care that they put into every aspect of their work.For the first job they regraded the lower portion of the back yard (which was a hilly nightmare), added drainage out to the street to alleviate the marshland the yard became in the winter, and did all new hardscaping (including a fire pit). It was a ton of work, and they rocked it out pretty quickly (and were quick to get in contact when something needed to change). I'd had a vision in my head for what it would look like, and every single aspect of it turned out better.More recently, they installed a two-level pond with some waterfalls in the back yard, complete with lighting, a raised seating area, regrading the surrounding landscape, and enclosing a strange drainage trench that runs along the back of our yard. As soon as we could after it was done, we've basically spent every sunny moment we've had back there, relaxing by the water.We have other landscaping things we'd love to have handled at some point, and I would hire Dreamscapes for them again in a heartbeat, and I don't know how to recommend anything more strongly than that.“
