Sure enjoyed our recent trip in one of Ryan's RV from Washington and down the Oregon Coast. They weren't our first stop in rental shopping but they were sure different, plus a much better feel and deal. The equipment was excellent, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Don't recall all names but certainly Kelly was key and much thanks to Heather too. My husband and I had a problem with our GFI - it kept tripping. We were camped at Lake Pleasant at the time. We called Ryan's RV Town at the suggestion of the RV Park. We talked to Steve. The mobile RV repair was not available that day, but he said to come on by the next morning. We did and Doug came out and found and fixed the problem (an outlet under the sink got wet). Steve, you're awesome for letting us come by during our road trip. Doug, you're our hero for finding and fixing the problem. Doug deserves a raise!!! We would give them 100 stars if we could.
