Corry’s did a beautiful job on my Linen & Silk skirt! After spilling a mixture of juices (hot dog, mustard, mayo, pickle, onion) on my skirt, I panicked - put water on it and then soap. When I realized that I had probably ruined it permanently I began looking for a dry cleaner near me. However the first two I called told me that after working on it there would be faded spots where the stains had been. Then I remembered Corry’s Fine Dry Cleaning from when we lived in Edmonds years ago. All the stains are gone and there is no fading!! I’m so thankful I took it to Corry’s!
After a recent move we took 9 rugs to Corry’s before putting them down in our new apartment. They included Persian silks, tribals, Killims, Chinese and Nepalese wool carpets. They did a great job and even called to caution us that there was a possibility of a color bleed on one. It’s not cheap but we are very pleased with the results.
I spend four or five months a year in Edmonds. The good news is that Cory’s keeps my order when I’m away and the work is of good quality. The bad news is that like everything else, their prices have gone up significantly. I am now wearing my clothes longer before cleaning then and will continue to do so.
