There was a glitch in their program after my lash artist left. After speaking to the front desk (I think her name was Katie), she reached out to her manager and they were able to accomodate me and make things right. Thank you so much!

The only reason I give it 4 stars is pricing. I know it’s not cheap to run a business but sometimes I cringe when I see the totals ?I’ve been to a few stylists here. Miks work is always so good and I obsess over my lashes every single time. Micaela never ever fails to disappoint and she is so understanding and easy to be with and so helpful when I fall asleep during an appointment ? sadie I love so much. she’s funny and quick and her work is amazing and lasts such a good amount of time. If you have the money to spend for this, I 1000% reccomend !!!!Service: Eyelash extensions

Their classic fills on a membership are 109.99 a month and you get two. However if you want an upgrade such as hybrid it is 20 more a time and to get a good artist is another ten dollars plus a 10-20 dollar tip I ended up paying $105.00 a fill for hybrid a time. I feel like that is too much for a hybrid, the girls only get an hour to put your lashes on they are timed and if you need any more time then that you don’t get to have all your lashes. I also hate their cancellation policy and they are always changing the front counter person who has messed up on my charges because they are always new.
