I'm a senior adult with some issues with back and shoulder issues. Greenville Yoga and owner Liz has always been attentive to helping me stay safe in poses . Their is a yoga practice for everyone here Find the instructors for your practice Its all here
Spending the weekend in Greenville and wanted to kick off our stay in the right place. This was it. Brian's class was so focused on breath that I stopped worrying about how I looked or comparing myself to others. I enjoyed MY practice. Felt wonderful inside and out once done. Thanks Brian!
