From start to finish there were so many errors made which were backed up with just as many pathetic excuses. Ashely, I’m still waiting after 5 weeks for you to look into the refund I was promised back on January 11 by Robert. A warning to anyone who reads this…..don’t pay in full up front like I did…..it gave them permission to drop the ball over and over and get rude when I inquired about what was happening. This company clearly doesn’t care about customer service. I normally use google reviews to promote positive reviews for companies. Great service and knowledge, respectful of your home, easy and trustworthy install, precise work. Selection was great since they still carry Mirage wood floors; our other room had Mirage from 12 years ago, and this made choosing a similar material very easy.

We chose to deal with Sarmazian for a basement project in our home. Their selection and options are overwhelming!! The expert help and knowledge from Ben proved most useful! He helped us select the right product for the different areas in our home, and he was right. They came good for concealed damaged products, and also sourced additional supplies over a year after purchase to complete the project.
