He gave me an option of a cheap or more expensive way to fix a key on my keyboard and as a cheapskate, I took the cheap option (against his better judgement). He later let me upgrade to the better option for only the difference in price even when I broke it more. He even let me watch and explained it to me as he soldered my key back in place.
