I have been getting my hair done here for the past 2 years and absolutely love it. I see Lesley and she always does an amazing job. She listens to what I want, gives suggestions for any styling questions I have, and has recommended products that really work perfectly for what I want my hair to look like! I have curly hair, and the layering techniques she uses have made my curls look better than ever. The vibe of the salon is also really nice and welcoming. Nice atmosphere, and super friendly staff, I would recommend it to anyone!

I just had the most amazing experience at Grotto! When I arrived, I was offerred a hot tea, which got me in the zone to relax and enjoy my time in the chair. After having a consultation about my hair, Marlee was quick to ask me about my day and listened with intention. She was efficient and careful about applying my colour - and the head massage while washing out my colour was the best part of my day! She made recommendations about products that might help me address some of my hair concerns, but wasn't pushy about selling them. The whole experience was a highlight of my week! Thanks Marlee!

Jill and her team are dedicated stylists. They always go above and beyond and pay attention to detail. The customer experience is always next level - especially their head massage. Their knowledge of products, cutting techniques and ability to colour hair make them an amazing salon. Love them!
