“We have been dealing with Tri City Arrow since 2011 in the maintenance of our Cirrus SR22.One particular incident of note happened in Sept’ 23 and we were AOG with a bad mag in Sherbrooke on the labour day long weekend. We immediately called Clarence and he was in Sherbrooke the next morning with his buddy, multiple mags and enough loose parts to build a new plane! “We hired Top Level to do a full renovation of our main floor bathroom. It is the only bathroom on our main floor of our bungalow and very small so things that were important to us were functionality and speed of completion. Top Level was able to deliver on all of these aspects. They are thoughtful with their recommendations of layout and very organized. They give you access to a work site planner that you can check on your own and communicate almost daily with updates to ensure you're on the same page. They also recommended vendors to work out for finishes, we we ended up using for all. This helped with material acquisition and we knew we were using high quality materials. The workers that came to our house were so kind and left the house very clean after every days work. I would hire Top Level again and I am in LOVE with our bathroom!“

Matt also recommended an enzyme containing product we could use periodically to keep the drain fresh. I would definitely use Jaytech again for any plumbing service needs. Matt arrived on time, was pleasant to work with, he explained everything and completed the job efficiently.“
