Bethanie is an awesome yoga teacher! I started going to her when I found out she taught at my job, after a long day of working with kids calming down with a yoga class and a great teacher that encourages you to do more and enjoy yourself is so relaxing ! I love every minute of the time I’m there ! Thank you Bethanie

I look forward to coming to yoga every week! As someone who has never done yoga before, and being a few months postpartum, Bethanie makes the class easy to follow along but also gives pointers to make it more of a challenge. I love how welcoming and zero pressure the class feels. I especially love the fact that it is Christ centered, I couldn’t imagine yoga without that aspect.

Outstanding instructor! I've only done yoga a few times with my wife in the past but wanted to try this class. Bethanie the instructor made sure I knew location, time, and provided explanations in advance before my first class. She even sent photos of entrance and tips for what to bring. Every class has been beyond my expectations. Everything is centered on Christ and is biblically taught. The yoga is challenging and yet I leave relaxed and refreshed. I suffer from back and shoulder stiffness and I after her class it's gone. The biblical message sticks with me the rest of the week. Truly this yoga is body mind and spirit.
