We just complete a project with Paggi.The process was extremely smooth and successful. The Paggi team was professional, experienced and a pleasure to work with. Their compensation / fee was fair and reasonable.Our project required approvals from 4 different agencies and Paggi managed that extremely well. Practicing as an Architect for 37 years I've had tremendous exposure to many, many engineers with varying facets of expertise. As such I have been able to assess not only the professional aptitudes and capabilities of such engineers, but also the morals, values, and actual personalities of the people that offer and provide such services. We had the pleasure of working with Larry and Christian when we decided to build a new home on property that had never had a previous site plan or engineering done before. Christian really took the lead and always made a point of checking in and keeping us up to date on progress . It is our first experience with many of the processes and procedures required to do so and Larry Paggi Engineering was terrific in guiding us through this labrynth!
