I spoke with Luis who calm my nerves he responded to all my questions & concerns. I was frantic and nervous. After our initial conversation, Luis followed up with a YouTube video explaining the non toxic product his company uses verses other companies. I was really appreciative of this! Most companies are not that transparent, they just see $$ due to your vulnerable situation. Not Luis, I didn't feel like my family & I were being taken advantage of. They went into action & provided the extermination to get rid of these things that can cause havoc on people lives & belongings.
