I came to this business with an oil stain on my puffer jacket, a different cleaner told me the stains were irreparable and that I should consider my jacket as permanently damaged. J’s cleaner approached the same situation with kindness and optimism and successfully removed the stains. Was hesitant because of the recent ratings being low but then again people usually write reviews if something goes terribly wrong--I'd like to share that I had a really great experience with them (I've only been twice for dry cleaning). They removed a stubborn stain on my jacket that another dry cleaner apologized for not being able to remove. And now it looks sparkly and new! Same for my duvet--I dropped off early this week and its available for pick up today :) Happy.Service: Organic dry cleaning
