“These vets are the best. We started coming here towards the end of our French bulldog’s life, but they definitely saved him more than once and provided medication and guidance on specialists to improve the quality of his remaining days as well. When he passed away (peacefully at home), we had him cremated with them and they provided us with the cutest little paw print keepsake. I saw our vet (Dr. V) on the streets weeks after his passing and she recognized me right away and hugged me for what seemed like forever while I sobbed over our loss.Dr. V and the entire team at Greenpoint Vets are top notch. I Can’t recommend them more.“

Dr. Ramos spent time and care evaluating him and we left with a clear plan. “Great care and wonderful staff! My dog is almost 7 y/o and has only been treated at BHVH since he was a puppy. BHVH has taken care of my dog’s common and not so common issues. My dog once swallowed a tennis ball whole. He also recently broke his toe. No matter the medical adventure with our dog, BHVH always provides fantastic costumer service and thorough medical care. They patiently explain procedures and medication. They also provide helpful recommendations re care. We moved neighborhoods and continue to choose a 40 minute Uber (each way), over bringing our dog to a different vet.“

“They helped me with travel passport, the policy of destination country was though and time sensitive 5 days prior flight . The staff helped me curated and were responsible. Even tho my doctor was off on the date I needed to the flight , they squeezed me in to other doctor to be sure the passport papers are on time .The doctor - I’ve seen Sarah V ., is very knowledgeable, experienced and genuine to pet or me with concerns about his health .The staff is great too ( I’m saying it because I’ve called them a lot when my travel papers were preparing, they were responsive even considering I was probably annoying one day )“
