“I have always been afraid to go to a chiropractor! Not sure why, just never have gone. I don't know if it was the cracking of the neck and back that bothered me or what. All I know is that I was afraid to go unless for an injury and then I would go a few times, heal a bit, and not go again until I was hurt. Well, I met Dr. Paul and that all changed.He made some great points about how I take great care of my teeth, why don't I take care of my spine? (he said a lot more than that but that really stuck with me) Hmm made me think a bit and then I signed up for regular adjustments with Dr. Paul. I only get one spine, might as well do everything that I can to keep it healthy.I have been a patient for about 5 months now and I can tell you that I feel absolutely great. I get my adjustments and do my exercises when I remember. I have recently started running again and doing strength training.
