“I tried the Back Bar Nesha just offered and it was perfect. I don’t like a too firm massage and the pressure Nesha used was just right. She did find tender spots and used the cups and stones on those areas.I really liked Nesha’s new place in Ferndale. “I have been there for my low back pain. The therapist there has very good and deep knowledge about what he is doing. He said something about McKenzie program and it worked very well. My pain and weakness on my left leg since months have gone with mainly exercise. I got full movement in my back and I am back to full work. My doctor had suggested me to have surgery if I dont improve with therapy. I would recommend anybody having back or neck pain to go to him before they go any where else. Good Luck! Oliver“
