This is hands down the best eye place I have ever been in my 33 years of wearing glasses I called and at first I wasn't going to be able to be seen because it's back to school time . The lady I spoke with was incredibly helpful even though at that time I wasn't going to be a customer she gave me all the info about my insurance I didn't even know . So I went to a walk in eye place to get my exam for my prescription took that to myoptix to get my glasses picked out what I wanted . A few days later I get a call stating that there seemed to be an issue with my prescription. I have been a patient and customer of MyOptix Eyecare on Vogel road for years now, and are they going to get an awesome review from me?! You bet they are! Everyone from their support staff to their optometrists are simply the most wonderful individuals whose singular goal is to deliver the very best quality eye care with professionalism and compassion…and at the best price! Not only are the Drs and staff excellent at their jobs, but this crew presents with personalities and a positiveness that meshes together, resulting in an incredibly good experience for all who use this vendor for their eye needs.
