I called, left a message, and within the hour; JD called me back. I have an antiquated laptop that uses a proprietary software that quit running. JD told me that more than likely the motherboard had failed. he took the laptop in to diagnose, and yes it was the motherboard. No cost for the diagnoses. He was honest with me, and I do appreciate that. When I need more computer help, I know who I am going to call... Advanced Computer Services.
