I moved here in December 2020 and received a cancer diagnosis from my doctor back east one week after I got here. St. Luke's got me a cancer doctor immediately. They treated me absolutely wonderful and I was so grateful to face this here and not somewhere else! And Dr Fountain is by far the best doctor as well as a good man I've worked with in my life. And I'm 72 years old! I would recommend St. Luke's and Dr. Fountain anyone!

A friend referred me to Cody at Nirvana salon in Meridian. I like to wear my hair short but it’s been a bit of a challenge to find a real stylist. I’ve been to Cody three or four times she gets the color right and the cut as well. She’s very good at listening And then carries through with the ability to cut and style as I’ve requested. On top of her ability she’s just a Genuinely nice person and makes the time I spend in her chair enjoyable. I highly recommend her.

Before I found Autumn, I never had the same stylist twice. I have a lot of social anxiety, so braving the hair salon is no easy feat for me. I just have to rave for a minute about this specific location off of Country Terrace and Lauren the Manager.
I had a nightmare experience today and this Country Terrace location ended up literally saving the day and more. I came in this morning and they were having someone fix their spray tan machine, so I ended up going to the Eagle & Pine location. There, I asked for a medium amethyst spray tan and one of the front desk girls told me that their usual machine they use for that (2 turn) is not working, so she says I can use the 4 turn one. She said because you turn 4 times, it gives more coverage so will be darker than medium. I was fine with that. I get in and I feel like I’m standing in a small puddle. I wasn’t alarmed at first because I know these are self cleaning machines so I thought it was leftover water, which I’ve had happen before and it didn’t affect my tans at all. I step out and see brown on the towel mat, I look at my feet and the bottoms are severely stained with tan mix. Entirely black. Not even the wipes could get it off. I told the front desk girl and she wasn’t helpful, she told me it “happens to her all the time”. I’ve spray tanned multiple times at Palm Beach and never had this happen before. She repeated that as I am showing her how bad my feet are and she says nothing, doesn’t try to give me any advice or anything helpful. I finally was so frustrated I just stood there and looked at her, didn’t respond, she finally goes “well just try to scrub it with hand sanitizer and if it doesn’t come off call us and we’ll put a credit on your account”. I was frustrated that I even had to do this when the machine should have been cleaned better between customer tans so I left because it was clearly going to end there. I went home, scrubbed my feet as she said to, no luck AND I messed up my tan on the sides and top of my feet because it’s impossible to not get hand sanitizer elsewhere when you’re scrubbing your feet in the middle of developing. I waited 5 hours and rinsed, and the tan came out so light it was as if I didn’t get any color at all. Not even remotely medium at all, or dark as she said it would. I call the Eagle & Pine location back and one of the front desk girls told me to come back in and do another spray (free), but honestly I was not about to risk having another tan ruined so I called the Country Terrace location and thankfully their machine had been fixed so it was ready to go! The manager Lauren literally is a LIFESAVER. Not only did she validate my experience, she gave me a free tan same day to fix this one, and then another free one on top because she understood how frustrated I was and why. I will never go back to the Eagle & Pine location just due to the lack of professionalism and lack of knowledge when it comes to the products they’re selling. Thank you SO much Lauren and team for saving the day!!!

BEST LASH ARTIST EVER and I truly mean that. Rebecca is the first and only lash artist I have ever been to because she did my lashes perfectly right from the start. I was recommended to her by a friend who was getting her lashes done for a while before moving to Boise. I have naturally very short and straight lashes, as well as mono-lids, and Rebecca did an amazing job at catering to these features of mine. Rebecca is also the kindest and sweetest in the business and I always have an amazing experience getting my lashes done! They hold super well in between fills. I have been going to Rebecca for about 3 years and will remain a client as long as time allows!

Having just moved to Boise not too long ago, I was in desperate need of a new hairstylist. I just happened to come across Khmara's page on Instagram and could not BELIEVE someone that talented was literally located not but a mile down the road from where I live. I was only hoping that she lived up to her social media presence, and by God she did! Not only is she one of the most talented stylists I've ever been to, she is so kind, welcoming and non-judgmental. I have EXTREMELY thin & fine hair that is just...well, not pretty. By the time I leave her chair, she makes me feel (and LOOK) beautiful. It's not one of those appointments where you bring a hat because you know you'll have to go out to your car and re-do everything the stylist just did; she get's it right the first time. And the appointment is like having a catch up session with an old friend. She's just good people all around- highly skilled, good prices, high level of emotional intelligence, I can't recommend her highly enough. She is one in a million. If you need a cut, color or extensions, don't hesitate to book an appointment today -just don't take my spot :)

Went to see Mike Beard here. Got two tattoos from him which are my first tattoos ever. He was patient with me and directed me with everything that I needed to do. Tattoo experience was amazing and was priced amazingly. I meant to leave a tip with Mike but it spaced my mind but I will definitely be coming back and getting more tattoos and remembering to leave a tip.

Today we had to call the police department over stuck baby ducks in the storm drain at my work! The police department referred us to Roto-Rooter! Justin and his coworker Bryan Came out and saved The five baby ducks! They truly are such a caring company with wonderful employees!
I had a mini split system installed. I could not have asked for a better job. So many contractors these days just slap the work in to get the job done and ask for their money not caring about what kind of work they did. Easy Heating and Air was a breath of fresh air {pun intended} from the normal run of the mill contractors. They did an awesome job. Do yourself a favor and use Easy. I don't think you will be disappointed.
We weren’t given a particular time of when the technician was going to show. I got a text about 8:45 that he was enroute. He (Ethan) arrived not long after the text. He got right to work trying to solve our problem (clogged shower drain). He was very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. The problem basically cleared itself, he didn’t have to do much as far as repair but he did provide us with great information on what may have caused the problem and possible solutions to prevent further issues. Nobody else would come on a Saturday. In fact, nobody even called me back! Except Berry Electrical. I had a complicated electrical issue with my garage, and it affected 4 systems/appliances. Miles called me from the road and was able to come over and quickly diagnose and fix the problem. I am somewhat tech savvy, so I checked the basic stuff, but it IS electrical, so I needed an expert. And he was, because he figured it out in a jiffy! I had no clue. He was personable, professional and helpful. I am so impressed, that I doubt I will call anyone else.

This place is great if you need just one or multiple keys made up. I really appreciate not having to wait around like I do at the big box stores. They also have better cutting equipment so your keys turn out the way they are supposed to.
My requested service was carpet stretching and they delivered! Jared came out and was like an artist when stretching out my crappily laid CBH carpet. He came out and was very professional and quick. Pricing was VERY reasonable as well! I will be using his/they're services again to touch up on some rooms as my carpet so bad, he was not able to add the extra room I needed.

When my large and small wool rugs, stained and dirty after a house fire, did not turn out well — i.e., still stained — Chem-Dry charged me only for their cost to transport them. We were in the market for new granite counter tops for our kitchen stove, backsplash and center sink counter plus master and 2 bedroom bathrooms. We researched companies in Boise, Meridian, Nampa and Caldwell as well as speaking with our neighbors to see who they used and if they were good. After all my research we found out that Advanced Marble & Granite was the highest rated company in our area. We went down to shop where we met Jaylee, reviewed what we wanted, she gave us numerous options and also sent us to Cosentino Granite to pick out what we liked if they did not have what we liked. After choosing the granite they sent the crew to measure the items needed, that person was very professional and asked exactly what we wanted as far as sizes and installing a farmers sink. Shortly after that the installation crew came out, they put runners down on the floor to protect everything and did an excellent job of the installation. The backsplash for the stove was the same as the counter and I asked if it could be cut in 1 piece instead of 3 pieces to clear the cabinets and they worked with us to get that done without having to remove the cabinets. After everything was completed sink, stove, master bath, both bedroom bathrooms, we can't thank Advance Marble & Granite for excellent job performed. Out of a 1-10 scale we give them a 20. We worked with Jaylee in sales who spent more than enough time with us to make sure we understood every process that was needed and kept us in the loop the whole time. We are very precise on exactly what we wanted and how it was to be performed and Jaylee made sure our expectations were met 100%. We give her a 100% on a job well done. Thank you Advanced Marble & Granite. If anybody needs any work of this type I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent service! The only company I found willing to come investigate an animal in my chimney and Cory was incredible. What a fantastic experience, Doctor Miller did wonderful work, giving me six implants and a full bottom arch, at about a third to a quarter less than others, I had a really bad experience at Nampa Smiles a couple of years ago with an implant they messed up, so I was very apprehensive, but the whole process with Alliance and Doctor Miller has exceeded my expectations, I couldn't be happier with this full arch, they feel like my natural teeth.
The most professional, realistic and honest dental office. Dr. Hill treats you like family. He's honest and reasonable. He has done amazing work for me. I was contemplating dentures but he and his staff made me feel comfortable.

Myself, my husband and our kids were all in a car accident… whiplash, back pain, totally on edge full of pain and stress.
DR Brandon and his ENTIRE staff was so kind, gentle and supportive to our hurting family. These people have God given gifts and it’s a joy to be on the receiving end of those gifts and talents.
We were all nervous to start treatment having not had much if any experience with this kind of care/treatment. I’m going to be totally honest and say we actually felt worse before we felt better and that’s why I want to encourage anyone who experiences this that this is normal so don’t overthink it. Don’t think it’s not working.
We almost gave up but there is just something special about DR Brandon that we just couldn’t help but trust him and the process and let me tell you it was WORTH IT!

My first time seeing a Chiropractor. I’ve been going for a couple of months now and I’m very happy with how it is going so far. I like that they do X-rays to see what’s going on with your skeletal system. Dr Warlick is the best. He answers all of my questions and I never feel rushed.

Dr. Harmon is the best! I always feel so much better after my visits. I have rheumatoid arthritis and Dr. Harmon always remembers what’s helpful for me. Sometimes I have a lot of pain and he helps me work through it, honestly I can’t imagine what my quality of life would be without the Dr.’s at The Joint and especially Dr.Harmon, he always knows what to try to make me feel better.
Dr. Ben is very personable, funny, and always makes me feel better both physically and mentally. If you need chiropractic care, you couldn't do better.
Incredible atmosphere. There is so much more here than just an adjustment. I was surprised by the number of exercises they had me doing on equipment to stretch my neck beginning with the first session. PreHab really promotes patient education and healing yourself through home exercises and nutrition. There are positive stories posted everywhere. NOT your typical chiropractic experience!
I’ve been seeing Dr. White for years, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, but what really sets him apart is how kind, approachable, and genuinely caring he is. Every visit he listens and somehow manages to make you laugh even when your body isn’t cooperating.
He treats you like a whole person, not just a quick appointment, and that kind of consistency and care is rare.

This past weekend I woke up in a lot of pain from my back and neck causing a migraine. Thinking I had no other option I dealt with it all day. Finally, late afternoon I gave up and decided to search Google in hopes of a chiropractor being open. I called Altuistic Chiropractic and to my surprise, I got a call back. On his day off, Dr. Sanchez took the time to walk me through some ideas to help even though i wasnt a current patient of his. I very much appreciated his care and input.

Went in for an emergency visit for my guinea pig. The staff was the sweetest. The vet was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. We have been taking both of our dogs here for two years, before that we were taking them to PetSmart. It was just so impersonal. I also didn’t like walking all the way to the back of the store because my dog is very vocal the service here feels personal. At pretty paws I know I’m getting the same groomer every time she even lets me know for my next appointment if she’s going to be at work that day or not. I love that my dogs get to see the same groomer every time so they feel comfortable, and probably more than half the time they decide to do something cute and extra to my dogs. They’ll put little pom-poms on them or paint their nails. I know my dogs are taken care of while they are at Pretty paws.

I had a lower back issue all my life that created multiple crises in adulthood. A year ago it flared up again but this time it didn’t go away on its own. So I went for chiropractic treatments for several months but it just wasn't getting much better. I knew I needed something else.
That was when I found Marlene. After the first session, for the first time in my life I was able to get spontaneous movement in the SI joint which had always been locked down. I started sleeping better too because I wasn't being woken up by the pain anymore.
In retrospect I realized the more aggressive chiropractic treatments and deep tissue work were just adding noise to the static in my body. But the subtly of Marlene's work is helping my body find the signal again. Or maybe for the first time in my life.
I've been seeing Marlene every month since then and every month there's more expansion in the SI joint and hips. I can't explain what's happening but I know it's something good and my back is finally healing.
I'm so grateful I found her!
I had the pleasure of being on Cydnee’s table. She was extremely intentional, and intuitive with deep focus and consistent firm pressure. It was hard not to drift off with how therapeutic and relaxing this massage was. I cannot wait to experience another massage with Cydnee!

Miesha is a miracle worker. The best deep tissue neuromuscular, trigger point massage I’ve ever received. I moved across country recently and come back to Idaho every 6 months to visit, making sure I book with her each time I’m there. You won’t find anyone as amazing as her. She truly listens, makes notes, and always does it perfect from start to finish. She’s reasonably priced and a joy to be around!
I have been going to Sweetie since this last summer in 2025. I appreciate her expertise and professionalism. I have been getting massages regularly since 2012 and use these as part of my own person health care, like exercising does for the body. Over the years, my experience includes receiving Sports, Therapeutic, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and simple relaxing massages. Sweetie uses some of these same techniques, combined with her Thai expertise, Aromatic, and Lymphatic massage techniques. I would recommend her therapy any day! She's that good!

Now the massage.....Best massage in my life & back home in AZ, I belong to a monthly massage place. The pressure was perfect (I like the harder pressure), she hit every area about twice if not more, and she rotated area frequently. I also enjoyed that she positioned my legs & arms in different positions to get into the spots better. After the massage she did a little stretch of that area. I also loved the mini facial & scalp massage. If I ever make it back to the Boise area, I am definitely coming back for another massage her @ Spring Massage
They were very kind to me , despite I have language barrier. I am so pleased. I had chronic pain in my back and leg. Mike provided a perfect deep tissue massage. I will come back again
After a two year search and many mediocre massages, I have finally found a place that knows how to do a proper deep tissue massage.
Great spa! Every massage and facial I have had at this Hand and Stone has been fantastic. The massage therapists I have seen were professional, skilled, and knowledgeable regarding my areas of concern. The two estheticians I have seen here helped me understand my skin issues and made great recommendations. I highly recommend this spa!
I have been coming to Bamboo Massage in Meridian for years, and it has consistently been a great experience. Like any long-standing place, therapists change over time, and a couple months ago the one I had been seeing for about a year moved on.
I was a little hesitant starting with someone new, but I'm really glad I did. My current therapist, Luna, is incredible. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably better than when I walked in. The attention to detail and care really stand out.
One thing I especially appreciate -- at my age -- is the extra kindness and thoughtfulness. Even small things, like helping me get my socks back on afterward, make a difference and don't go unnoticed.
