We called rain gutters specialists and right away they sent over someone (sorry I forgot names) and he was such a knowledgeable man. He knew exactly where and what the issue was. He measured out what was needed took pictures and helped pick the best color to match. It was so fast and easy I was actually surprised how quick the appointment was. The best part is he gave me tips and information for maintenance of my gutters and that was beyond nice of him. He said to be on a look out for email with my quote and by the next day he sent one. They are really reasonably priced and quick about installation. Installation was super fast too. And again the two men were very knowledgeable. When people know what they are doing it gives a peace of mind and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.“

“I contacted 5 different roofing companies for a roof leak that developed from the recent rain. Lawsons was one of the first to respond to my request for an estimate. Dylan responded to schedule an appointment in order to submit a proposal. The estimate was provided the same day and proposal was well detailed with the scope of work, what would be done, and warranty. Including Lawsons estimate, I received two other estimates. After a bad roof installation by a different company resulted in major damages to our house, we knew we had to get the right company to replace our faulty flat roof. “After Tropical Storm Hillary hit late summer 2023, it became obvious that the 20-year-old flat portion of our roof wasn't keeping the water out any longer, so we needed to replace that part of the roof quickly before the autumn and winter rains arrived.We solicited several roofing proposals from top rated roofers through Yelp and Top Roofing provided the most complete proposal that responded to all of our needs. The salesperson, Roy, understood our desire to include thicker insulating board since the flat roof has no attic.Although we're sure they had a lot of other customer roof projects at that time due to the recent heavy rains, Top Roofing was able to schedule the work more quickly than we anticipated. They finished the whole project in 2-1/2 days and worked to complete it just as we wanted, including a complex transition to the pitched roof.
