“I would give this place 20 stars if i could. I was looking for a new med spa & saw they had great reviews so i booked my appointment to dissolve my filler. My first appointment was canceled the day of because my injector had an emergency. I rebooked the next day after i moved my schedule around. The next morning the injector calls me personally to cancel because she’s really sick still so there was a bit of miscommunication the day before. The front desk hadn’t mentioned she was sick initially so i was very disappointed after a second cancelation when i had moved my clients around to come in. Nisa was SOO apologetic and understanding of my frustration though. I go to rebook my appointment and they’re fully booked so that only added to my frustration. However, Nisa came in on her off day just to treat me so she could make things right. And it doesn’t stop there. She even discounted my treatment to make things right. Now that is some top tier customer service. She was so warm & welcoming from the start but in person she is just so lovely and knowledgable, i truly felt like i was in such good hands with my injector. Also, the place itself is so damn cute!! Everything is pink, girly, floral, the aesthetic is just so on point. I’ll definitely be back because of Nisa!“

“I did an Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty with Dr. Karimi and I couldn't be happier. Wish I had done it sooner. I decided to go with Dr. Karimi because i work in the plastic surgery industry and multiple other doctors recommended Dr. Karimi as the person they'd trust for a male rhinoplasty. During my consultation, Dr. Karimi was very thorough and listened to my concerns. I liked that he gave me a detailed plan of what he thought could give me the best result, it made me feel like we were completely on the same page when i left. Sherry was absolutely incredible with helping me through the finances and logistics of the surgery, and whenever i was worried about something she gave me honest feedback that calmed my nerves. Michelle was my perioperative nurse and was so amazing with giving me all the information i needed for a successful preparation and recovery. The day of the surgery, i met the anesthesiologist and the surgery center nurse Brian, they made me feel like i was in really good hands which i really appreciated.The recovery was a BREEZE, way easier than i expected. I was bruised for only a week, cast off in 2 weeks and back to work. I didn't have any pain so didn't take any pain meds. I was swollen for maybe a week after cast removal but then the swelling went down very quickly. I literally got away with not having a single person in my life being able to tell i had a surgery until i told them afterwards.And the best part was my final result. When the swelling subsided and i took my final before/afters, i was honestly so impressed with Dr. Karimi's work. He's known as the best for a reason. I love the way it turned out, and sincerely my only regret is not doing this years ago. If you're reading this and you're on the fence, just go ahead and do it. It's worth every penny and you'll thank yourself later.“

Heather and Dr. Cohen make conservative recommendations that will keep your skin looking youthful instead of “done.” I am incredibly pleased with the results from my course of Forma and microcurrent she recommended; everyone keeps telling me how good my skin looks, and no needles were involved!! Plus, the space is cozy and welcoming, and Liz, who perfomed service, is a sweetheart.“

Typical guy I guess, I'd just wash my face as needed, would mostly rely on showering to keep my face clean, and would sometimes put sunscreen. “Had the most amazing facial I’ve ever had with Carol. The entire staff was so friendly & kind starting with Paul who helped me book the right type of service based on my skin concern. The facility was very nice & quiet so you could relax. They had valet parking behind the building which was a relief. I was taken back straight away. Carol was so lovely & took such good care of me the entire time. She explained each step & checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The time flew by & my skin was visibly better after the session. The moisture lasted for hours and hours. While it is a bit pricy, I really felt welcome & much better after my visit. I can’t wait to go back again.“

Then right before the holidays, I did one session of microneeding to help with skin tightening and stimulate collagen. I was pleased with my results. “I was experiencing severe exhaustion and really foggy brain. I had no energy to do much of anything. I called and they were super nice and informative about how this can help me and how it’s helped other people. I did one bath and I def felt different when I walked out. Not sure how to describe it, but I didn’t feel a heavy fog anymore. The next day I was actually sore. I found that so odd but they said it gets rid of the lactic acid in your muscles. I had ran the LA marathon a month ago so I think that’s why. They told me it takes 2 months to get to your old self after running a marathon I wish I would have known about this so I could have taken this bath sooner. I feel so much better and I want to return and bring my mother who had had a hard time sleeping these last few months. 10/10 highly recommend.“
