Made me feel so welcomed! She gave some great suggestions on how to cut and style the hair. She cut it a little longer than the short length I wanted, because she said shrinkage might make it look shorter when my natural waves and I’m happy she did that!! So easy to talk to as well! It’s hard for me to talk during appointments, but our conversations were just so fluid and felt so natural. Like we’ve been friends for years it felt like. I will 100% be coming back to her. I'm someone who is more introverted and loved that she didn't push for a conversation for the whole session. She also gives an amazing scalp massage when she washes your hair.
