Im not going to lie that you will feel anything but it tolerable and Tina will makes you feel comfortable and explaining to you the things that you need to expect during the procedure. She explains the treatment process throughout the procedure and ensures comfort. My tear refill time did go up and overall I have noticed a significant difference in my dry eye symptoms. “I first contacted the clinic late on a Friday night. To my surprise Dr Shenker responded to me directly, and I was contacted first thing Monday morning for an appointment. Full disclosure I have had a lot of breast revision surgery and a very complicated case. Dr Shenker took my long history, but due to how complicated my case is, decided that having my best interest in mind, he could not take me on as a patient. He thoroughly discussed my situation with me, he was nothing but kind hearted, compassionate and non judgemental. He went above and beyond giving me some recommendations, a referral that I requested, and some instructions in case my situation becomes a more dire medical emergency.
